TALE OF TWO RINGS

I loved this bit of research about MOSES. I was sure that there was more to the story of MOSES in the basket, and his journey through the desert of NEGEV to simply just die in sight of the PROMISE LAND.

But his DATELINE is very messed up and very few took a stab at recording his DATE OF BIRTH. Some tried and I am not sure if we will get it right but let our journey begin.

MOSES’ father was AMRAM, born in EGYPT. His mother was JOCHEBED, also born in EGYPT, as was his brother AARON and his sister MIRIAM. They were of the TRIBE OF LEVI, their grand-dad was KEHATH. MOSES, had two known sons, GERSHOM, and ELEAZAR. ELEAZAR, became a Priest and took over from his dad MOSES. AARON and his wife ELISHEBA, had four children, ABIHU or NADAB, ELEAZAR and ITHAMAR. ITHAMAR helped his father AARON, to construct the TABERNACLE in the SINAI WILDERNESS, as instructed by GOD.

AMRAM’S father was KEHATH of the KEHATHITES, one of the four divisions of LEVI, his brothers were, IZHAR and UZZIEL.

ELISHEBA, was the daughter of AMMINADAB from the Tribe of JUDAH.

AARON’S two sons, ABIHU and NADAB, did not listen to GOD, and they were killed by a fire.

We will take our DATELINE from the war as recorded in the WARS OF THE ANCIENT WORLD REGISTER. This was the War JOSHUA led against the GIANTS, and CALEB, who faced off another group of GIANTS near HEBRON during the year 1 400 BCE.

This war lasted Seven Years, before they could ‘take’ the PROMISED LAND for themselves. We know that MOSES, died at MOUNT NEBO as he stared out at the PROMISED LAND. So now, I confirm the year 1 393 BCE, to be the year of his death. We also know that he lived for 120 Years, and we find his YEAR OF BIRTH to be 1 513 BCE.

This year 1 513 BCE, is important for us as we journey along the life and times of MOSES. We need to remember that his brother AARON was only three years older. Therefore, AARON’S BIRTH YEAR had to be 1 516 BCE. MIRIAM seem to have been older than both of them as she was the one who helped her mother place the basket in the river. I am not too worried about her BIRTH YEAR at this time.

If MOSES were rescued by the PRINCESS and raised as a PRINCE within the Courts of the PHAROAH, he would have been taught three main subjects. That of Religion, Civil Studies, and Military Matters which included Tactical Skills. These trainings supports, what we know, as he is reported to have been a tough soldier.

In 1 491 BCE, THUTMOSE I, commissioned MOSES to join him at KUSH, within the then KINGDOM OF KERMA. The KINGDOM OF KERMA is in ANCIENT NUBIA. It flourished from around 2 500 BCE to around 1 500 BCE, until THUTMOSE I asked MOSES to assist him to battle with ANCIENT NUBIA, a battle they won. He then incorporated the regions Gold Mines into the expanding EGYPTIAN EMPIRE.

MOSES was a master Tactician, and he knew about the snakes in that desert, and he took baskets filled with the IBIS, a snake eating bird. This saved his soldiers from being killed on their way to the warfront. That war approach was not easy as the KUSHITES, had become a strong nation. We see that MOSES is approached by KING KIKIANUS of KUSH’S, daughter, THABIS or ADONIAH, during his siege of the city of MER. He asks her to help him take the city and she betrays her dad. However, before she goes through with the marriage, she makes him a promise that they will exchange two gold rings to bind their marriage and that he will not leave ETHIOPIA. He agrees, but many years later, he does not keep
his promise.

This was the FIRST TIME IN HISTORY, that RINGS sealed the promise of MARRIAGE.

What is never spoken about is that the KUSHITES or CUSHITE’S were NEPHILIM. Yes, GIANTS. This was the land of CUSH, the son of HAM and his wife NE’ELATAMA’UK.

It is reported that MOSES stayed in ETHIOPIA for 40 more years, but I doubt it. My calculations says that he stayed there until around his 34th Year. Meaning that he only stayed in ETHIOPIA for a 12-year period.

In the year 1 479 BCE or there about he was called back to EGYPT by THUTMOSE III, who was just 12 Years old. THUTMOSE decided to take on the SYRIANS for the key city of KADESH in 1 479 BCE. This war would take 53 years to conclude. MOSES did not stay the entire battle years. He returned to EGYPT as he had brought this KUSHITE wife with him. We know this as per a conversations between his Brother and Sister as they speak about his KUSHITE wife in the Bible. His marriage to THABIS is reported in the Book of NUMBERS in the Bible Chapter 12.

During his break back home, he witnesses a fight between two individuals and kills one of them, who happens to have been a fellow Egyptian Soldier. He had to flee as that was a crime only solved by you being killed by the King, no matter who you were. MOSES flees to MIDIAN via the SINAI DESERT.

I do not think that he crossed the RED SEA as a large part of the SINAI was then under the rule of MIDIAN. He first met PRIEST JETHRO or REUEL, who was attending his sheep, then he met his daughter ZIPPORAH, and MOSES marries her. This means he left his first wife in EGYPT, and violates the promise made to her and her father.

He then got to work for PRIEST JETHRO, attending his sheep in the wilderness of the SINAI, and here I ask, how long did he stay exactly ?? My research could not find the answer, other than he was in ISRAEL to fight in the 1 400 BCE Wars. However, he stayed long enough to have children.

NOTE: The time line between the call to duty in Syria and the wars of ISRAEL was 79 years.

Not much of this period of our time was well recorded and I find this very frustrating as opposed to researching the SUMERIANS. They were amazing at recording their lives and events. Almost three thousand years later, we got sloppy and failed to keep diaries.

Anyway, let me work with what we have. MOSES is believed to have encountered the BURNING BUSH, where he received the TEN COMMANDMENTS from GOD. Then he was convicted to return to EGYPT to assist the ISRAELITES.

A puzzle, at the time when MOSES received the TEN COMMANDMENTS as written, MOSES, had already committed a sin at this time on our DATE LINE, as he was already married to THABIS, sealed by two rings. On his return to EGYPT, he was also ‘married’ to ZIPPORAH, now married to two women.

I found that prior to the events of the BURNING BUSH, MOSES did not seem interested in helping the ISRAELITES. Of course, he visited them as a PRINCE and ARMY CAPTAIN of EGYPT. Definitely not as a GOD convicted man. Spending time with PRIEST JETHRO, I accept that we can see the religious change in him. MOSES, did not want to face THUTMOSE III, but he puts on his big boy pants and takes his wife and his children with him to EGYPT. In EGYPT they met up with the TRIBE OF LEVI, and they arrange to take the ISRAELITES out of the land of GOSHEN.

By now, MOSES knows the southern route into the SINAI, and he takes the ‘tribe’ down the same route he travelled during his escape. The reasons why MOSES took the ‘Desert Route’ was because the EGYPTIANS controlled both CANAAN/PALESTINE. It is reported that they left in the year 1 440 BCE, and if this date is correct, MOSES is now 73 years old. Allow us to follow them when we will get to check this date:
